Returns & Exchanges

Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be postmarked or returned within this time frame.

Eligible Items

Items must be in the same condition as received:

• Unused and unworn
• With all original tags, protective coverings, and packaging
• Includes dust bag, box, cards, and authenticity certificate (if received)

Sale items and final sale pieces are not eligible for return.

How to Return

1. Contact us at fancyandfabulouscouture@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery to request a return authorization.
2. We will provide you with return instructions.
3. Securely package your item(s) in the original packaging.
4. Ship the item back using a trackable, insured shipping service.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange your item for a different size or style (subject to availability). Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to start an exchange.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Sale / Discounted Items
• Final Sale Items
• Gift Cards
• Items marked as “Final Sale” on the product page
